The 97% erosion of the dollar’s purchasing power is incredible. Anymore, so many things need to be overhauled, I ask myself, where would they start? Only 5-6 years before their sacred cow of Social Security starts to cut the “goodies they promised”.
We plan it being gone in a couple years when we retire. Medicare is the next massive program that can’t sustain itself under the current system. Privatization of Trump like accounts does look to be the only solution besides people actually planning for their own future. I just hope these Trump accounts can’t be accessed to early no matter the circumstances and that they stay 100% private accounts so they don’t get caught up in fraud and corruption like pretty much every government program.
